Two kinds of boxes leave this shop. Read the one that matches what you bought.

Merch — tees, hoodies, dresses, stickers, most printed goods

These are printed after you order by a US print partner. They are not sitting on a shelf in O'Brien.

Most US merch orders leave the printer in about 2 to 8 business days, then move on standard carrier time. That is not a 2-day promise. Tracking appears when the printer creates a label, not when you click pay.

If an order never reaches the printer, we refund it. We do not leave a paid order hanging.

Original art and one-of-ones

Packed at 1164 Naue Way and handed to the carrier by the person who made the piece. Timing depends on the work. If you need it for a date, email before you buy.

Where we ship

United States. Anywhere else — email first. We will not take a payment we cannot ship.

Rates

What you see at checkout is the rate. There is no hidden handling fee after that screen.

Lost or stalled parcels

If a label exists and the scan goes quiet for 10 days, email the order number. We work it with the carrier. If the fault is ours or the printer's, we replace or refund including original shipping.
